I haven't done one of these in a while, and since New Years Eve is tomorrow! (Is anyone else shocked at this or is it just me?) I thought it'd be a great way to pick back up on the Hot Or Not posts! I thought this would make a cute outfit for a New Years Eve party, but then again, I may have gone overboard with the whole sparkly pattern. So I'm leaving it up to you guys
